What Working Together Actually Looks Like
Every project begins with a 45-minute phone consultation. Kiera will learn about your home, what isn't working, what you want to accomplish, your hobbies and collections, how you want to spend your time in your home, and the scope of the project. She'll explain what the process will require and recommend the package that best fits your goals. You'll both determine whether working together is the right fit.
Once booked, Kiera leads the process from start to finish. You don't need to figure out where to begin, what to tackle next, or how to organize everything. That's her job.
Sessions are hands-on and typically 6–8 hours. Kiera does the physical organizing work while guiding you through the decisions only you can make: what stays, what goes, and what still belongs in your life. From there, she categorizes, space-plans, determines where belongings should live, creates systems, and keeps the project moving.
You make the decisions about your belongings. Kiera provides the structure, strategy, direction, accountability, and momentum.
This is an active process, not a drop-off organizing service. Expect to participate. Expect to make decisions. Expect to work. Expect to laugh. And expect to accomplish far more than you've been able to accomplish on your own.
The Schedule That Gets Results
For the strongest momentum and least stressful overall experience, Kiera recommends beginning with two back-to-back sessions — for example, Saturday and Sunday — followed by a few days to recover, then a third session later that week.
From there, sessions are generally scheduled weekly until the project is complete. Optional bite-sized tasks between sessions — like returning Amazon packages, dropping off library books, or purging your shoes — can help speed things up, but are never required.
This isn't because organizing should take over your life. It's because concentrated, consistent work gets your home finished so you can get back to living in it.
The goal isn't to organize forever.
